The Layout
The East Terrace Coop building is made up of 3 floors, organized in roughly a 'U' shape. Each half of the 'U', on each floor, has a laundry room with multiple, modern machines to ensure that you can get the chores done when you want to. The Great Room, Library, and offices are on the first floor, the Craft Room on second, and the Guest Room and Wellness Facility are on the third. Every unit is sunny and bright, with windows to spare, and features a balcony to enjoy the outdoors by stepping right out of your doorway.
