The Great Room
Everything you'll need to host a gathering, whether its an intimate group or a major celebration. A fully equipped kitchen and access to the second story deck provide everything you need for any occasion!
Gardening!
No need to hang up your garden gloves! Our raised garden beds give East Terrace Coop residents the ability to grow the things they love - from flowers to veggies, you can still show off your green thumb! Everyone can enjoy the butterflies, bees, and birds just a short stroll from the back deck.
Events
The common spaces at East Terrace are usually populated by members who are coming and going, or enjoying the many delightful spots to gather for a simple chat or a more organized get-together. Every week members can also count on a number of scheduled activities and events, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the company of their fellow coop members.
